Here are the terms and conditions:

1. 100% money back guarantee applies to all websites. This does not include eCommerce sites (online stores) or online applications (such as Flash sites).

2. An authorised representative of Altum Interactive Ltd will inform you before commencing any project whether it is eligible for the 100% money back guarantee.

3. 100% money back guarantee applies only to eligible projects below a value of £5000 (Five thousand GB pounds or currency equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate)

4. Eligible projects will still require the appropriate payments to be made on schedule (e.g. deposit at start) to ensure the project is delivered.

5. Once a project is agreed to be live, the client will be given 14 days to instruct Altum Interactive Ltd that the website should be removed and the full payment returned.

6. To be eligible for the return of 100% of your payment, an acceptable reason must be levied.

7. UNACCEPTABLE reasons include (but are not restricted to):

a. Lack of enquiries from website
b. Didn't like the design (if we have provided you with a design proof which you had previously agreed)
c. Low search engine ranking (We construct using search engine optimisation techniques but sometimes its impossible to control)
d. Change of mind about actually having a website

8. If the full payment is returned then the website will be removed and the ownership of it will be transferred back to Altum Interactive Ltd.

9. This offer is made in goodfaith. We will attempt to work out any problems you have after go live. However, if it is found that these problems cannot be resolved then we will be happy to refund your full payment.

10. Any party found to be abusing this offer will have any ongoing projects suspended.
